Rescheduling

For any format, Diehl Mortgage Training and Compliance will allow one reschedule at no charge for each course. There will be a $15 rescheduling fee for an additional reschedule. After a second reschedule the fee is $25 for each additional reschedule.

Cancellation

Refunds will not be provided for any course or test prep tool once the course or test prep tool has been opened. If approved, credit must be applied to an available, existing course. Credits expire at the end of the calendar year. It is the student’s responsibility to locate the new course and contact Diehl about applying credit. Otherwise, the credit will expire.

Course Expiration

All NMLS Continuing Education courses expire on Jan 1 at 12:00am Eastern Time, regardless of the purchase date. They must be fully completed before this time for credit. Once a Continuing Education course expires, students cannot get credit towards completion of the course. It’s important to know that all states have deadlines before this date and completing the required education, the credit hours being banked and you completing the renewal steps prior to your state (s) deadlines is required. The NMLS requires all education providers to report the credit hours within 7 business days. Diehl makes every attempt to complete this process within 48 business hours after the date of the course completion. We highly recommend students complete CE at least a month before the earliest state renewal deadline so that anything additional or new that a state may require can be completed. If a student’s course expires and the student wants to enroll in a Late CE course, it is the responsibility of the student to reach out to Diehl to request a Late CE course.

All non-NMLS courses purchased without a subscription expire 6 months from the date of purchase.

Resource:  Click here and then click on “State-Specific Education Chart” when you arrive at the landing page to see the most current information about what each state requires and their deadlines.

Online Test Prep, Courses, and Study Guides

Access to your test prep and online course(s) is available for 4 months from the time of purchase.

The Pass Promise Terms & Conditions: In order to qualify for a refund, you must send a copy of your SAFE MLO Exam failure notice and must score at least a 95% on one of your simulated exams.

COURSE CHANGE FEE

Per the above rescheduling fee, you will be allowed one free reschedule and the cost per additional reschedule is $15/each for the next reschedule and $25 for each subsequent reschedule.

A $50 fee per day will be charged for “No Shows”. A “No Show” is missing a class without making a prior request to reschedule at least 72 hours prior to the start of the course.

Course change or rescheduling is based upon availability and must occur before the end of the calendar year otherwise any credits expire.

Reschedules are only required in Online Instructor-Led, Live Stream Webinar, and Live Classroom options.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Diehl Mortgage Training and Compliance reserves the right to cancel any live or live webinar course within 72 hours of the start of class.  While this is extremely rare, situations like extreme weather, low enrollment or even worldwide pandemics have occurred. Diehl will make a reasonable effort to notify students of cancellation via email and phone. Ensure that you have added Diehl as a Safe Sender to ensure you receive all emails.  Students will then be eligible for full refund or credit towards future courses.  Diehl will not be held responsible for any expenses incurred due to the cancellation of a course.  This includes non-refundable flights, hotels or any other related expenses.
